The island of Håøya in the Oslo Fjord was the beautiful location for Food Studio’s seventh event. The island, site of an abandoned explosives factory from the Second World War, played host to a remarkable culinary adventure, where childhood memories of long, lazy days by the sea were rekindled. Over twenty guests spent the day foraging, eating, drinking and learning about the wonderful produce of the Oslo coast.
