Cooking School for youngsters with Liz & Cecilie
The workshop is held at Factory Tøyen. We harvest produce as locally as possible, gathering weeds in the area around us, harvesting vegetables in Geitmyra school garden, buying eggs from Tøyentuppene and bread from Håndbakt just a floor below.
In this event you get to harvest, prepare and cook the food and best of all, taste it!
Liz/Elizabeth Gundersen is a chef and holistic nutrition advisor and has previously worked 10 years as a private chef for Michael Jordan. Cecilie Dawes is a teacher and founder of Food Studio. They both have extensive experience in communicating through events from «farm to table».
Age limit: Suitable for young people aged 12 and over.
