Get Away Autumn
— Bread, Bees, Beer
This autumn we explored Oslo in a different way: an urban Get Away in collaboration with ØKOUKA. We spent out afternoon in Stensparken in the middle of the city, where BYBI, the urban beekeepers of Oslo, take care of two bee hives.
Ragna Jørgensen from BYBI showed us how she takes care of the bees in Stensparken and let us taste 22 different Oslo honeys which were hosted in the summer of 2014. Have a look at the video below to see what a rare occasion it is to enjoy so many different tastes of Oslo! We enjoyed the honey with freshly baked bread made with ecological flour, by Spesialkorn from Buskerud, and beer from Bøgedal Brewery.
